Anyone knows how long this takes?
If this takes to long Iam thinking to remove the app and re add it and all the lights again. (If someone knows if this works) because i get complains from my wife.

the WAF is taking some serious hits indeed
You need to use mather then the app doesnt support de pro bridge. See previous post from people that did that they missing scenes i think and other stuff.
Thnx for reaction. Oh i dont have matter (2019 version) so that is no option for me. So ill have to wait. And in the future ill check first if its supported.
The update should prevent that the hue app crashes in an unsupported event. I sill see that the app crashes a lot. Hope this has to do with the bridge pro in my system and that after the next update this problem vanishes.
Wie sind die Tests verlaufen und wann wird das Update veröffentlicht?
My wife already said if it’s possible to remove Homey as it always has problems with lights… I know it isn’t always, but 2 weeks now that the front- & rear garden lights don’t work anymore like she was used to. And I’m glad I didn’t migrate the house lights at first, otherwise Homey already was removed from the house ![]()
No, it doesn’t work at all with the Hue pro… :-(. So re-adding them by hand won’t work for you
Please in English…
EDIT:
And you won’t get answers to questions like that either, they don’t have time, because the developer has to develop and test.
Or remove the wife….![]()
What kind of questions are allowed to be asked here if not these? Others are asking similar questions here, too!)
I only said that you will NOT receive an answer to such questions, nothing more and nothing less.
At some point they will announce when the update will be released and thus answer the question…![]()
I was able to add the new hue hub pro to homey with matter, it doesn’t work with the app and doesn’t need it either. I can also control rooms and zones directly, which wasn’t possible with the app (huge limitation).
Has anyone heard anything further about when the release will be available? Even if just in test.
Thanks.
Latest Answer is here:
So i guess be patient
I’m afraid you’ll have to explain the meaning of ‘be patient’ to some users ![]()
Oh my… but that’s unacceptable! Thank you so much for letting us know.
I just heard Enschede NL is on high alert, the Athom B.V. board decided to prioritise the updating of the Hue app over all other activities, all holidays were cancelled and even the Sales dept is writing code as we speak.
I don’t understand why people start using new stuff without checking if it’s supported.
No the app for Philips Hue is not finished. I can understand that. I rather have a good release from this important app, than have it yesterday full of bugs.
No Philips does not YET support migration from two or more old bridges to the new pro. So you have to decide to wait or do it all manually.
Don’t start without checking and start complaining. Please!
Iam not complaining , i know its my fault. I only wanted to know if someone knows how long. Also i also want to do it manualy but everyone said only with matter. So also that is my own fault. And also i dont want priority, but only when. If someone says tommorrow and look then and see nothing, then i ask. So for development, dont rush.better good than fast. And for the rest keep it positive. I only wanted to say something to my wife indication. That is not possible so she have to deal with it also. So sorry for the inconvenience.
