The new Philips Hue Bridge

Yes, and that’s true, initially it didn’t work for me either; I just had to go to the device pages for the motion zone and try a repair.

I migrated to the Hue Bridge Pro. Afterwards, all Hue devices were no longer available in Homey Pro. So I deleted the Hue app from Homey Pro and added it again. Then I added all the lights back, and they work. However, the motion detectors aren’t working. In the Hue app on my smartphone, I can see that the motion detectors are working correctly, but unfortunately not in Homey. The sensors aren’t registering any movement. The funny thing is, according to the sensor’s display in Homey, the last readings were taken “56 years ago.” I’ve now tried several times to completely delete the sensors from the Hue Bridge and add them again, then add them back to Homey. It’s not working.

A quick update after two days and several attempts to get the Hue lights and sensors working properly. After numerous restarts and resetting and re-integrating two of the sensors, the sensors eventually worked. However, the joy was short-lived; just a few hours later, the sensors stopped working again with Homey Pro, and the lights had an issue where their status wasn’t displayed correctly in Homey. For example, if the lights were switched off using a button, they were still shown as active in Homey. Eventually, I gave up and integrated the lights and sensors into Homey using Matter. Now all Hue devices are working as expected. This isn’t really a problem, as all the functions are available, but the Bridge Pro has been available for several weeks now, and according to the official Hue-Homey integration, it should also work.

That’s indeed a bit odd, when you didn’t know
