Hi and welcome! Power management is not yet supported by the current Matter version v1.2. CSA must first update the Matter version accordingly, and then this version must be added to the Homey firmware. It’s not an Athom/Homey problem/bug. So you still have to be patient.

With a P110m firmware update to v1.32 via Tapo app the metering works. Strangly the changelog on the webpage does not show that version.
