I have installed another app, ONVIF. Just to get motion detection to work on my cameras in Homey, as I need this for some of my flows.. With this app it works perfectly.
Since a recent update all my Tapo items (4 light bulbs and a camera) are working good. Camera when not home and motion detection.. All fine for the moment.
