Since the last update, I have lost my connection with Somfy.
I have io shutters, Tahoma box ( bought especially to use with Homey Pro app)
I reinstalled the app on my Homey, tried adding device Tahome/Connexoon, logging in using the correct email and PW and got the timeout of 10000ms every time. I then always got the blocked for xxx time because too many simple logins.
I called Somfy and they did not see anything strange on their side. I was always able to use the Somfy app to open the blinds.
I then rested the Taboma box. created a new account on it with new email adress and name and logged in the Somfy app. All worked fine. So a complete fresh start.
I again tried the Homey app and a few days ago got the 401 warning leaving me 24 hours blocked. and now a few days later, again the Timeout of 10000ms
The way I work is using the Homey app, add device, search for the Tahome/Connexoon. There they ask me my login an PW (which I am 100% sure thay are correct since I use them in the Somfy app) and I receive the Timeout.
I then try going to the app settings without local key and in the Somfy app just give in my Email an PW and then I get the error: Aborted.
In the information log, I see that mDNS Found a local bridge with an ip address, port. then as source Local login, it says Missing credentials.
I also tried using a local token, that I just created in the Somfy app under developper mode, copied the token and filled in into the field and still no connection…
I am really out of inspiration what to do next. Please help me…
