Tado App often stops working

I often have to repair one tado device in homey tado app (tado app gets new permission after entering password). Is there a solution to this or at least a way to warn me. The devices aren’t marked as down when they are and flows just don’t work without any feedback. It’s bad because until I get my new heating system I need the tados to open the radiators when the water gets too hot when using wood. Otherwise it ll boil. The old heating system itself can’t prevent overheating completely by itself.

you are using the tado-bridge? make sure that the bridge has a fix ip-adress. have no problems with tado.

I needed to refresh my credentials about once a year or so, very stable app (but I used the tadoZones app)
I agree with mr. Cybersponk here: Homey is not very good at finding devices with changed IP addresses, reserving an IP address is always a good idea.

Second:
If you don’t use it already, check out the Homey TadoZones app as well, it can run next to the Homey Tado app.
Maybe it’s more stable.

I did set it to static IP although I don’t think it was changed by my router when using DHCP. Someone said I should try avoiding homey restarts too. So I also disabled my restart flow which I used every night before.

I already have TadoZones but never used it so far. Will look into it!
