Just talked to Switchbot support about Matter and got this respond:
Sadly, Homey doesn’t support the URC device type in Matter at the moment, it needs to be updated by Homey to support it.
Does anybody know if Homey are working on that? it would mean that a lot of devices would get acces to Homey, like the Universal Remote and others.
