Just plugged in my new homey pro. Downloaded the software without problems. However, now in starup mode its stuck. 30 minutes + and still circling colored lights. What next?

Circling colored lights means it’s ready for business.
Did you already add the Pro to the phone app? It’s not going to connect itself.
Ok. Yes, used the app on my phone to set up. So, even when the lights started circling, the app said to wait as it was still restarting.
It might be possible it’s still updating.
Otherwise follow the kb article, because the led should ‘breathe’ blue after a few minutes:

It depends on what stage you are,
you are not quirt clear about that
But is you are adding devices you have setup it correctly, so than:
Spectrum — Homey Pro is working normally, and the screensaver is set to Spectrum .
Probably only the Mobile App missed that Homey was ready so it stayed on the screen “Homey is staring…” or something like that
