Steps to follow to add Pro-Mini to Bridge

Good evening All,

Well I did it, just ordered a Pro-Mini yesterday.

I already have the bridge.

There is nothing on the bridge yet.

I’m looking for a cheat sheet, that will tell me the steps to follow in order to get started, in the right direction. to configure the Bridge, and for adding the Pro-Mini.

I rely on season user, to avoid any pit falls.

Or you can guide me to You Tube, videos on the sequence to follow.

Just to be clear, you need to add the bridge to the Homey mini as the bridge is dumb and just provides the extra radios.

Hi everybody,

This time I think I’ve bitten more than I can chew.

I purchased the Bridge and the Mini, the mini can’t seems to want to connect to my router.

Guys, I think being 76, doesn’t help.

Would it be possibly for the people in charge to prepare a flow chart indicating different procedure to follow if you have a Bridge, the a bridge and a mini. I believe it would help newbies and old farts like me.

Hello Dominic,

I usume you want to use the Pro Mini as your primary device and use to Bridge to extend the Pro Mini with the extra antennas/communication protocols.

If so: Not sure whether you found them, but Athom has some helpful ‘getting started’ articles in their knowledge base.
