Add ‘Start’ to the flow name:

Tried adding virtual devices in Homey

Google is picky for some reason:

Just add a virtual device of type “kettle”, and it will pop up as available automation starter

This is possible with the Virtual Devices app

and with the Advanced Virtual Device of the Device Capabilities app
