SONOS microphone access?

I am contemplating buying a sonos system. I know sonos speakers have sonos voice, as such sonos speakers are equiped with a microphone. I don’t see microphone related triggers or cards in the sonos app, yet I decided to ask the question anyway: is there a way to access the microphone in the sense of: when microphone picks up sound (any sound), a timer can be extended (for room presence detection). I’m fine with HomeyScript workarounds since I have some experience with programming.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to access the microphones on Sonos products.

Is there some other, maybe stand-alone, listening device that integrates with homey? I am happy to use google API to do speech recognition if needed/possible. My goal is to create my own digital butler, ultimately - ogling the new AI integration project, MCP.

Would be nice, but i think you’d have to ask Sonos to allow this.
