Wrong “conclusion”, it’s just not true, because of course they will never block their own mobile app.
But, they can do as they please with 3rd party API users like Homey Somfy app.
For whatever the reason, they limit the use of it.

I’ve read somewhere that the issue doesn’t appear when working with Homey Pro switch. Can someone confirm? I might buy the device to solve the issue.
Correct. The issue is caused by multiple Homey’s accessing the Somfy server at the same time from the same IP address. With Homey Pro, each one will have a unique IP address.
To bad they error still doesn’t work correctly
I’ve ended my subscription for homey cloud.
I hope someday this problem is fixed and maybe I’ll start using it again.
This error last for more then a month now and i think they dont care about our problem.

I’ve eventually bought the Homey Pro hardware and got it working without any issue. I assume it is stable now, will let you know when anything occurs.
