SmartThings and Samsung fridge and freezer - no updating

My fridge and freezer work fine in the SmartThings app and change status when opening door and such. When including SmartThings in my Homey Pro (2023) it seems to connect fine but no status updates happen after inclusion. I have redone it a few times and support don’t seem to find any solutions (been quiet for some time now).

Is anyone having luck with SmartThings and Samsung fridges and freezers?
