Hello everyone, does anyone know what is the usual turnaround time for Homey device delivery? I ordered one 9 days ago, haven’t received anything - not even a tracking number. Sent an enquiry to the support 4 days ago, no one replied yet.
@Dijker@Didier_SmartHome thank you. I can see my order details within my account, but no tracking details, it says “processing”.
I already contacted Homey support 5 days ago and then yesterday too (separate tickets), but no reply - hence my post here, hoping someone from Homey might reply here.
Beside more patience on your order and support ticket, there is not much more you can do unfortunately.
Be aware of the below when contacting their support: One tip: Our ticket system pushes new tickets down to the bottom of the list every time you comment within the same ticket. Unless there is an urgent reason to send additional information (for example stopping an order cancellation), please refrain from sending additional messages within your ticket, as this will make your waiting time much longer than it has to be.
It will eventually arrive and you will have fun once you receive it.
Meanwhile I recommend you to read some of the knowledge articles / best practices articles here so that you can starts properly on day one.
Thanks for helping and getting back to me, but I ordered a Homey Pro, a bridge, and the ethernet adapter on 11/11/24. It only says processing. I have sent them countless emails, and it seems they are either as laid back as one could be or do not care. I am starting to hate these people without even getting to know them. I spent over $500 on their website for the first time, and this is an awful first impression. The next thing I’ll do is change them back and forget all the Homey experience.
