Secuyou Matter Lock getting timeouts

Hi,

I have a Secuyou lock integrated as a Matter device in Homey. It has been working flawlessly for almost a year. However, in the past few days, I’ve noticed that I can’t control it anymore. The only error message I receive when trying to lock it is: “Timeout after 10000ms.”

The lock and my Homey Pro 2023 are very close to each other, about 1.5 meters apart.

When I try to re-pair the lock or remove and reinsert the batteries, it works for a few hours before the same error message appears again.

This is a really frustrating issue because it seems like there’s nothing I can do to fix it myself. I’ve also reported this to Athom.

So, my question is: Has anyone else experienced similar problems with the Secuyou Matter lock or any other Matter devices?

Had the same problem the last few months. Tried to remove and pair the lock but the pairing process stops when the lock is added to the thread network.
