Samsung TV's don't respond to Homey input

Hi everyone,

I have 2 Samsung tv’s (the Frame 2020 and The Serif 2023) but both don’t respond to any input my Homey is giving them. Both the tv’s are also added to the Smartthings app, but i read somewhere that if you don’t use this app for a longer period of time (2 months?) than the tv’s will lose their connectivity with the app. Maybe that’s why the tv’s don’t respond in Homey as well?

Is there something i can do?

I have similar problem - have my Samsung integrated via Homey SmartThings App and it works pretty nice until it does not, sometimes it lasts for two weeks sometimes for a day, it stops responding and I need to “repair” the device getting the Samsung secret key into the Homey app, then it gets OK again…

Anybody has experienced that and found some kind of solution pls?

I’d try the Smartthings Community app by Adrian Rockall if you aren’t already.

I had some difficulties in understanding, which is the proper Homey Community Store… I guess I’m gonna need to give it another try…

Yesterday I have spent around 8 hrs to get the zigbee2mqtt up and running so next three days will be directed to dig your recommendation (which I always do appreciate) and to getting the webhooks work from HA (if that is possible at all…)

With my limited skills everything is so much more complex and takes so much more time… sometimes I wish the day had 48 hrs…

I am still struggling with the HCS, is there any correct description on how to get it work?

The original HCS is out of order;
The ‘new’ one is @ homeycommunity.space, but unfortunately it’s not possible to download apps, while it did work for a while.
