Ring Intercom Flow Card Doorbell Ring doesn't trigger

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I installed a Ring Intercom Audio. I wanted to create a flow where my Sonos speaker plays the doorbell ring when someone rings the bell. Unfortunately, the flow card with “Someone rang the doorbell” doesn’t work or receive the trigger.

I have checked the wiring several times and it is correct. The notification in the Ring app appears and works fine, only the Homey Flow does not work.

Does anyone have an idea why it isn’t working?

And your links are not the solution. I use the official Ring Homey App and it doesn’t do the trigger.

It’s a known issue:

Contact Homey support, not that they will resolve it for you, but maybe it will put additional pressure on finally fixing this.

If you want a solution now, your only option is switching to the community app.
