Ring Doorbell flow does not work

Hello,

A very basic flow when my doorbell ring, send a message or just log “doorbell ring” does not work.

No problem to interact with device , and push notification from Iphone ring app works perfectly.

Yes, I use Homey Cloud and Ring app v0.7.1. my flow is very basic

Because timeline cards can get rate-limited in certain conditions.

Yes , in fact i would like implement TTS with my Sonos or just a push message. Push Message does not work too.

You should report the non-working trigger to homey.app/support (because Athom is the Ring app developer).

Hello, the same happened to me I think after Homey mini firmware update. I have several hours try to do standard flows but nothing. It worked to me before the update.

Now, It’s working again. I deleted old devices in Ring account and I installed Ring Community App V.2.14.11. I started from scratch again. Now is up and running.
