Same for me.
I have one location, a doorbell, chime, camera and an alarm system with 3 contact sensors and a motion sensor.
I did a little debugging and noticed that this.devices = await location.getDevices() hangs.

Yes youâre right, but it does not work.
Iâve installed the âofficialâ ring app to test it, and the doorbell is working correctly.
But the official app is useless for me.
Exactly i also had that. Hoping @DaneedeKruyff will react and come fast with update since all my flows checks if my alarm is disarmed before it will run so nothing is working right nowâŠ.

All seems to be well, finds the doorbells and used to work with arming and disarming ring alarm system through Homey pro, but since a couple of days I get timeout all the time.

I have a wired Ring doorbell, two Ring chimes and a Ring alarm V2 with door/windowsensors, motion sensors and a controlpanel.
When doorbell rings no snapshot will be taken.
I can control the Ring chimes as in playing a sound with a trigger. Ring chimes seems to be OK.
The alarm however cannot be controlled anymore, at the error tag is âunknown locationâ.
Also no change in alarm status (as is Home, Away) will be given.
What I already tried: Reauthenticate, (reauthentication an sich is successful) and renamed the location of the alarm. I did not remove the devices from Homey, they do not respond.
Forgot to mention that I have only one location.

Just found a little time to look into the problem that has risen the last days.
Somehow itâs no longer possible to run commands against a location, getting the devices, getting/setting the alarm status etc.
Will have to deep dive into this to see whatâs causing it and how it can be fixed.

I never tried to develop an app for homey.
But is there any GitHub repo / documentation that I could use to help you debugging ? If I have time ?
Looks like After 12.4.8 Update, not being able to connect to Amazon - Alexa is also an issue!

Iâve just published a new test version 2.13.2 which possibly contains a fix for the problems with locations.
Important, I did not go through a full test fase so I CAN NOT BE SURE SOMETHING BREAKS WHEN USING THIS TEST VERSION.
So, if youâre left with a Ring App that wasnât doing anything anymore, you can install this version and see if it resolves your problems.
If your Ring App was still working partially, please do not install this version and wait a bit for some results of other users..
These are the people who I assume only use the Ring Alarm System and no Doorbells or Cameras, this test version may be of interest to them:

Hey, I have only Ring alarm system (no doorbell or camera). The Homey app stopped working a few days ago. I have installed the new test version, 2.13.2. Everything now works perfectly again. Thank you.
