Hi.

I am trying to change the wifi network on my homey pro. After reading the instructions it seemed simple, but I run into a trivial problem. I can’t feel any button when inserting the pin from the Apple SIM tool into the hole. The tool is quite long, but maybe not long enough. Can anyone advise? I can see an LED through the hole, does this mean there is no button inside?

It isn’t, I just tried (Apple tool is about 7mm long, the button starts at about 10mm depth). You could try with a needle.

Or a straight bent paper clip.
