Cannot activate new Homey Pro

I have been trying for the last three hours to connect a brand new Homey Pro. The app finds the Pro but it times out when trying to connect. I am using the Ethernet connector as it cannot find my wifi on the app. Any ideas?

What did you try already?
Pressed the button on the bottom with a long pin for 8s? To enable setup mode?

Do you have the ethernet dongle connected as it’s supposed to?
→ Short wire goes to power unit! (you’re not the first one to have it connected the other way round)

Change the USB-C cable from the dongle to Homey for a decent one (cables can have issues sometimes). A data cable, not a cheap “only charge” cable.

Does the LED ring show you anything?
Otherwise perform a factory reset, press the pin for 30+ seconds

Tried the button on the bottom, no change.

The lights turn green when the app finds the Homey Pro but then red when the timeout happens.
Checked the Dongle many times, is correct.

Tried this already? Re-loading the firmware?

I am using Windows and when I try to get the file to use on the Homey Pro, it says access denied. I have tried to find the file at other locations without result. Does the file exist anywhere else?
