I have some connection problems with the app off Homey Pro. The attached image is the message that appears. My Homey is connected via the LAN adapter. The problem occurs about 2-3 times a week.
Does someone know a fix?

Unfortunately this is a very old bug, which seems unresolvable or just has no priority. (I use 2x Homey Pro 2019 for 4.5y now)
But, with a Pro 2023, it shouldn’t occur when using the ethernet dongle.
Hint: try disabling WiFi of your phone, and hit “Try again” ("Opnieuw proberen"). The app is now forced to use your phone’s internet data connection.
This seems to work.
When connected, you can enable the phone’s WiFi again.

Thanks for your reply. I got a 2023 version. Since I cant find a similar issue anywhere, I contacted my local reseller. They told me that some USB-C power adapters of the Homey provide a lot of issues. I replaced mine right away and at this point the issue is solved. Nevertheless I will keep monitoring in the near future!

It’s true the first batches of power adapter were outputting 0.2V less than needed.
I did not read about a relationship with this bug and the power unit yet.
But, anything is possible
