Replacing Telldus Tellstick V2 with Homey Bridge

Hi!
I have a summer house heated with electric radiators controlled by Z-Wave switches. A Telldus Tellstick controls the temperature by switching the radiators on and off based on a number of Telldus 433 MHz temperature sensors. This gives me a good temperature control that works even when the internet connection is down.
Will I be able to achieve the very same functionality if I replace the Telldus Tellstick with Homey Bridge?

Homey Bridge requires an internet connection and every automation based on it will run in the cloud.
