Red ring issue. It keeps red.......even after the adviced solution from Homey

Homey Pro 2023. The ring kept ‘breathing’ red. I have done everything (up to 2x) that is described on the Homey site what you should do (https://support.homey.app/.../7263435817116-Connecting…). This has led to a good result of a few minutes (could connect again to the app). But the problem persists and now the ring even remains constantly red (so not rotating and/or breathing). Also disconnected the power supply several times.
Does anyone here have any suggestions for the definitive solution?

Try with another powerplug,
rem: Pro2023 needs 5.2 Volts

When an other power plug doesn’t make a difference, ánd you created a backup lately, you’d try a factory reset (:warning: warning: it deletes everything you added/created),
Followed by restoring a backup.

Hi Peter, an other power plug didn’t solve the issue, so I went back to the factory reset and restored the latest backup. For now it’s still running for several hours and not only for 5 minutes. So let’s keep my finger crossed and thank you for your advice.
