Red led ring

I have a red led ring. Been trying to disconnect power supply, turn it upside down, new setup and I’ve got nothing. Have alse been trying to find out how send a support request to Athom without a diagnosis report, but have not figured that out.
Can someone please push me in the right direction?

Did you already try:

  • a full PtP instead of quick power dip?
  • another power adapter (2A or more) and/or usb cable?
