Recommendations for air quality sensors? (co2, etc)

Hello! I just got my first homey pro today and am setting it up. I am planning on migrating from home assistant w/ a mix of zigbee/zwave devices.

One thing I do not have a good solution for is monitoring air quality. Can anyone recommend a good sensor for that? Specifically I am looking for CO2 (CO as well, but that can be a separate device) and VOCs. I have several aqara temp/humidity sensors, but nothing that does co2 currently.

In my research so far, Airthings Wave Enhance looks promising but I can’t tell if it works locally-only or not. And if it does, it looks like it needs bluetooth which probably won’t work if the homey is on the other side of the house. I’m not sure I want to buy a separate airthings hub either.

AirGradient and SwitchBot do them. Both compatible with Homey. AirGradient is local via WiFi. SwitchBot is cloud based with a SwitchBot hub and soon to be BLE.

Airthings BLE only works if you refreshes the values in the orginal app, thus pointless for use with Homey. For it to work you would need their hub, and it cost about the same as the Airgradient DIY kit…

I should prefer the AirGradient sersor’s
Trafic is localy hommy connect the sensor (s) direct so no internet (cloud) needed.
