Problems with pairing Danalock V3 Zigbee with homey pro (early 2023)

I have a Danalock V3-BTZBE (latest version sent as a replacement from Salto systems). It has worked fine for some months but suddenly stopped working a few days ago just as the one before which I had replaced. I removed the lock from Homey but can not get it to pair again.

I have the latest firmware in Homey Pro (early 2023) (13.2.1) and updated to the latest firmware in the lock (0.32.0). I have deleted the Danalock app in Homey and reinstalled it. Rebooted Homey (PTP for 15 mins). I have replaced the batteries with new ones. Taken out all the batteries from the lock for 15 mins several times. Deleted Danalock from Zigbee networrk (9 clicks) several times, deleted all user settings in Danalock (10 clicks) several times. Tried pairing with the lock right next to Homey. I have checked that my zigbee channel (15) does not overlap with wifi (channels 1,6,11). The lock will not join the Homey zigbee network and just lights up green for 4 seconds when I push the button to pair (when in pairing mode in Homey).

My other 20+ Zigbee devices works fine (about 10 routers and 10 end devices) and I have tried pairing other Zigbee devices without any problems. Does anyone have any suggestion on further troubleshooting? I will not try to update the Zigbee module in the lock since that was a true hassle last time and did not succeed and the new lock I had sent to me supposedly has the latest Zigbee chip without the need for upgrade.

Any ideas. Thank you for your time.

How far away is the lock from the closest Zigbee router (mains powered device)?

Hello. The lock is normally mounted about 4 meters from the closest Zigbee router (same room). But as I described above it has worked without any problems for several months but now can not pair with my Homey even when held just centimeters from it.

Do you have any other Zigbee gateways (f.e. Hue bridge, SmartThings, etc.)? Check if any of them are on the same Zigbee channel as Homey and change them to another channel if possible. I recently had similar issues with a ThirdReality Hub and Hue bridge on the same Zigbee channel which caused both networks to become very slow
