It’s an old bug as well, hence it’s important to ping your router from Homey, to find out if it really goes offline, or if the Homey app doesn’t know on how to connect.
Another check you can do:
Create a local account, which enables you to use the web app by entering http://homey.ip.address/
.
Just as with most apps, you have to add a new device for it to work.
Plus, most apps have an dedicated app topic, which provide for instructions and/or FAQ and/or troubleshoot sections.

Homey can run w/o the cloud for a while. And recently controlled locally per web app.
