Possible solution: Homey gets slow or freezes after a long period of use and warning to Beacon users

If you use the Beacon app, you could experience problems with Homey after some time of use. This is because at least op to v1.2.10 of the app, the app slowly consumes memory without returning it to the system… The developer does not know what causes this and has until now not been able to fix this.

You can check if this is happening by checking the memory use of the Beacon app. In the graph below, every time the graph drops is a reboot of Homey:

If you see similar upward graphs for the entire period the app was left running, apply the following workaround (or similar):
