Please help me solve this mystery

I have a smart button(Sonoff).
I created a flow, a single click of the button, to turn on and off my fan switch

But when I click the button or trigger the flow, my fan and cove light turn on simultaneously.
I checked my flow again and I did not include cove light in the flow at all.

If I were to click the fan switch in the homey devices menu, turning on my fan would not turn on the cove light, and same if I were to press the physical switch on the wall. The mystery here is only triggering the flow will somehow turn on my cove light together with my fan switch.

any idea what is going on here?

Thanks for your reply!

Details :

Homey Pro early 2019
Restarted app and restarted homey
The fan and cove light switch are in the same gang of 3 wall switch. the last switch is ceiling light which is not impacted here.
The wall switch is Aqara and I am using the Aqara app by Lumi Tech co ltd. model is : Aqara D1 Wall Switch - 3 Gang (Neutral)
The smart button is from sonoff and I am using the official sonoff app

Gang 1 = Cove Light
Gang 2 = Ceiling Light
Gang 3 = Fan

Have you rebooted Homey already to see if that fixes the issue? Also, it would be useful to know the brands/models of all devices involved.

So basically what you’re saying is that when you switch gang 1 from a flow, gang 2 of the wall switch is also switched?

Can you provide the exact model number of the wall switch?

yes you are right. but to be more exact,

Gang 1 = Cove Light
Gang 2 = Ceiling Light
Gang 3 = Fan

So turn on gang 3 in flow will turn on gang 1.

Aqara D1 Wall Switch - 3 Gang (Neutral)

Can you disable the flow, then press the button and see if any of the D1 outputs is switched on or off (changes states)?

And can you share an Aqara app diagnostics log, with a clear error description?

Omg u r right. I disabled all the related flows to the smart button and the cove light was turned. How do I unlink it?

Thanks I managed to solve it by removing the button and re set up. I should have done this at first but was really baffled by why the cove light came into the picture.
