I am going to use an iPad as a control panel in my home. It has its own ‘family’ login for Apple. My question is, before I get to far along setting up all my devices and automations, should I make that email the Homey Owner and make me and my wife Managers? Will this make any difference when using location based automations?

No, personally I would set a anonymous kiosk device to a guest role.

Thank you for the reply. I guess I could make a guest user and have a pin number to open the iPad. I wouldn’t want intruders to see the iPad and disarm the alarm.
