Hi there everyone.
I’ll try and keep this post as short as possible so you don’t fall sleep reading it! 
Ive been following Homey for a number of years now and looking to bite the bullet and purchase a Pro but I am disabled which can make sometimes the most simple transaction, quite complicated.
I own the following brands: Aqara, Philips Hue, Samsung Smarthings and quite a few brands for smart plugs, so not a complete basic beginner on setting up automations.
Im in the UK and just wondered is there anywhere I can get help when Im stuck or support me with a) the initial set-up b) and any flow questions moving forward.
£399 is a lot of money to me but the automations can really help but can’t end up with an expensive paperweight and that’s what scares me.
Any guidance would be mega appreciated.

Hi Latin, welcome back. Automation is there to do things for you, so you don’t have to do these things yourself. This is not so self-evident, many members of this forum spend maybe even more time then the time needed to switch a button. So take your time. There are a lot options if you want/need to have some automated control. There are many devices that you can combine with Homey Pro, although Zigbee has its limitations on this platform, users/members have reported various issues related to the number of connectable devices and overall stability. You could consider iHost. I use this too in a secondary network with Zigbee devices and simple automation, it never let me down, my Homey’s did more then once, although I am satisfied with this versatile platform.
