I have got my hands on a defect Homey (2016-2019, not really sure) and would like to take some parts from it. Can anyone tell me how the h€ck I can get into this thing without breaking the globe or the parts inside it?
The two halves are glued together, so it is just a lot of patience and keep running a sharp knife around the middle.

So now I was able to crack it open…I have also removed the 4 white plastic screws on motherboard…then what? Is the motherboard glued as well??? Because is seems to sit very tight and fit to bottom part of globe.
As far as I remember it was just the 4 plastic screws that held it in, but it was a few years ago when I took mine apart.
