Open Homey with loose USB and audio ports

Hi,
I bought a used Homey (2018?) where the usb port and audio port is loose.
I didn’t find an easy way to open the Homey case to repair it.

Does anyone have any tips on which joint to open, above or below the LED ring?
Is the joint glued?

Is it possible to drill a hole close the ports and use the hole to keep the inner usb contact in place when connecting the usb cable?

Is there any photos of the inside lower half of the Homey case?
