No insight graphs, just a dot on the right side

Hello, since I have my Homey Pro (early 2019, second hand) I have no graphs. At the start using Homey Pro I had no problems with that since I was more focussed on flows en controlling devices.
But now I also would like to check on usage on power en water.
Starting an new insight only gives a dot on the right side of the graph en no graphical line in time.
How can I correct that?

Probably the only option is to try a factory reset.

And a restore of the backup after that?

Yes, although the Insights data is stored in the backup, so if that’s broken in some way doing a restore may place back the broken files.
