No external temperature on z-trm2fx

Hello,

I have successfully added my z-trm2fx thermostat to Homey. However, when checking the externsl temperature, it shows nothinb. I gave changed the setting to both Floor and air sensor and also shortened the response time, but it did not help. We have the heatit external sensor attached to the thermostat and without Homey it has been working properly.
Also the evergy usage is pretty high, not sure whether it is correct.

Please advise.
