Since 12th of August I am havings issues with data in homey insights. On 12th of August there was no data available anymore. This was also the date my homey received an update to 12.5.3 version. So I expected a bug in the update. I performed several things and on 20th of August I restarted homey and it worked again for 6 days. On 26th of August again ‘no data’ available.
Are others facing the same problem? Any suggestions how to fix it?
Yesterday I did a complete recovery and used the most recent backup. I do not prefer to program everything from scratch without backup. It makes the 1 euro backup a month useless. So this is not a suggestion.
With the introduction of the energy tab changes, Homey somehow switched some names of capabilities. Can you check for Solaredge if you have an ‘Energieverbruik’ that contains values (instead of ‘Stroomverbruik’).
I checked, but could not find any other values. If so, they should be available directly in the app when you go to one of the devices and press the insight button. Anybody else who is having the same issue?
See the screenshot above. In October it worked for a couple of days, and then registrations stops again. In november it worked for two weeks and than suddenly it stops.
I haven’t made any changes on the days the registration starts/stops.
My insights stopped working 25 november. Without any changes in either the homey or my Network. I tried several wifi rebooting and searching for strange settings of some sort.
Also changed the power adapter of my homey pro 2019. But also with no result.
During the summer time (when im less relying on a functional homey system) and insights still not working. I”ll try a recovery mode.. for now just running with live data.
