After upgrading from Homey Pro 2019 to Homey Pro 2023 the power in insights stopped update and this is not only brand related it is th same phenomena on all energymeasuring units as energymeter (Fronius) and all Fibaro units (plugs and built in units). I can still see the value in the faceplate but when I go to Insights its missing other values are updating. Is this a bug in 11.1.1?
Yesterday I switched from Homey Pro 2016 to 2023. And I experience the same issue. @Ted_Evaldsson, have you been able to resolve this issue? Tried Homey support page provided by Peter. But, that page redirects me to this forum for any insights issues.
Thanks Peter! I indeed did mention this in the ticket sent to Athom. Good to see my Android widget issue is unrelated to my missing power data in insights.
Then Athom support team notified that specific insights might be renamed when comparing Homey Pro 2016 and Homey Pro 2023. The advise was to remove and readd the specific devices with problems (Youless energy meter and SolarEdge invertor).
I did first install the devices again (which went well for both) so I had these new devices side-by-side with the old ones. Then I could go through the flows and replace the cards and variables used from old to new devices. As I also log insights via InfluxDB, I decided I would be fine to drop the old devices and loose their insights with that.
Problem resolved for me.
(The unrelated Android Widget problem has not yet resolved for me. That’s with App version 9.4.2.1796 and Homey Pro 2023 version 12.5.2. I’ll keep an eye on the thread Peter included 2 messages up in this thread)
