New Sonos registration fails

Hello, On a Homey Pro 2023, it fails to re-login my Sonos devices after a Sonos reset. The message below appears. Anyone have an idea what the cause could be?

"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘find’)

This is a bug in the app. You should contact the developer.

I’m having trouble installing my existing Sonos system. After entering my Sonos credentials and authorizing Homey to control my Sonos system, I get the following error message: “cannot read properties of undefined (find)”. After a search on the forums, I saw that a user had encountered a problem and had reset the Sonos equipment. I deleted and factory reset all my speakers and installed them one by one. The error message is still there.

Have you heard back from the developers?

No, unfortunately nothing heard yet. Also here all speakers back to factory settings and reinstalled. Without success. Same error message. I think it is useful if you also report it to Athom.

I’m getting the error ERROR_AUTHORIZATION_FAILED when I try to play a favorite. I already created a ticket a few weeks ago (Nov 4, 2024, 07:04) but until now no solution. I still can set volume, but I’m unable to start/pause the music as well.

Same issue here…

same problem also

Is it about registering the Sonos app with Google??
There are problems across Europe.

First I had problems with the homey app on Google - now also on Sonos.
The problem could also be due to Google.
But homey is OK again now
