I am having this message for all attempts to install or reinstall apps.
Firmware version 1.5.13
(I have not been able move to 2.x because alexa fails to distinguish “homey” from “harmony” and I also have several flows that use the microphone)
Any thoughts or help welcome
When/where exactly do you get this error? Can you post a screenshot?
Looks like Athom have broken the app store for older firmwares. I guess all you can do is send in a support request: https://support.athom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015784034-Submit-a-support-request
In V2 your homey microphone can be used, only in default it is switched off, but it can easely be switched on in settings. The newer hardware versions do not have a microphone.
