No possible install anyone apps

hello,
I bought my homey this week.
When I install apps (anyone), i’ve this message “Cannot read property ‘getAppDetails’ of undefined”, I can’t install none apps on my homey
could you help me?

Hello, I suggest to fully factory reset Homey, and start over.
