Feel the pain
I have 12 GU10s and about 10 plugs and it’s only just started to get reliable
Zigbee doesn’t need anywhere near as many powered devices to work flawlessly. It’s one of the huge frustrations with Thread at the moment, it hasn’t been through two decades of optimisation yet.
I would argue it’s about the quality of your routers too.
IKEA Grillplats just don’t have very good Thread radios. Eve Energy are the best I’ve used thus far.
How did you generate that diagram
You can do that via the Thread Network Diagnostics mobile app you can find in the Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
Does the app see mater over thread devices of just matter over WiFi?
As the app is the Thread Network Diagnostics app, it can be used to troubleshoot your Thread networks.
Not sure if this is the optimum way of doing things for everyone, but this is what works for me
ISP Router should be set to Channel 1 and bandwidth 20MHz
Homey Thread should be on Channel 20 (you might need a factory reset to get this done)
Other Zigbee networks in your home (for example Phillips Hue) should be set to Channel 25
That’s the best configuration I’ve found to have Thread, Zigbee and Matter over WiFi devices playing as nicely as possible in the same ecosystem.
Are you sure about that?
Because Zigbee channels 20 and 25 (partly) overlap with WiFi channel 11 (in its sideband).

WiFi channel 1 would sound more logical as that does not overlap with the two Zigbee channels you mention at all.
Sorry that was a typo, I have Channel 1 selected already
I experienced similar issues as described above. However, I got it to work thanks to all the tips in this thread.
Hope this helps for other people struggling to connect the GRILLPLATS plugs to their Homey set-up.
