I experienced similar issues as described above. However, I got it to work thanks to all the tips in this thread.
- Reboot iPhone (iOS 26) and Homey Pro (Early 2023)
- Start set-up via Homey iOS app through the IKEA plug-in and select GRILLPLATS.
- Choose for setting up via iOS
- Have iPhone on top of GRILLPLATS plug and nearby Homey Pro (see picture)
- And had a successful install after waiting a few minutes
