Not able to add either - not via homey or ios. Not sure why, everything else in the network works great - other matter products too?

Hello Micke, I used the add device setup in Homey, but directly via the technology Matter setup. I didn’t use the Ikea official app. Then used the connect via Android setup. Place the phone very close (right next) to the socket and follow the logic order of steps. Connected two Grillplats sockets …

Thank’s for info and also compared with inspelning! Well I don’t use Android so I think a have to wait for the official IKEA app to fix this. What I understand is that’s going to be Homeys job :slight_smile: Once more….. Thank you :+1:t3:

I hope official support in the Ikea app comes soon. I’ve bought many of them.

@Michael_Keller [image] Ikea Bilresa scroll wheel on Matter I also left a comment on the video, but the IKEA app doesn’t change how the device functions with Homey :sweat_smile: The app only adds custom icons and pairing instructions. The Ikea app adds no value to the functionality.
