Hi all,
We have been expanding our smart home for years now and I have decided on Cyber Monday to join the Homey community. However as a new user I’m running into multiple issues. What would be a good starting point for fixing these issues?
- Every morning my Homey Pro says - Can not connect with Homey Pro (it is connected via Ethernet and Wifi). All other devices connected to the same router and wifi seem to work OK;
- When using moods for my lights not all of my 55 Philips Hue lights on the ground level respond on the first click. Sometimes only on a 2nd or 3rd click I see them all switch to the right mood;
- I can’t seem to register a response from my Brel Remote (Model: DD-2702H - 433 Mhz) that control our blinds. I found two Brel-related apps, bit none of the two work for me. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
- I can not get my Aqara Cube T1 Pro to do anything (I do see movements etc, but when programming a flow nothing happens). This is not a big issue yet because I only played with this the first time last evening so I need to work on this.
- Homey Pro doesn’t find my Harmony hub (which is working great with Harmony remote controls). A Logitech Harmony elite. I have no idea why not. The process seems pretty straight forward but I just get the error: no hub found.
All in all, not a flawless first experience. And I don’t consider myself a full noob (bit it feels like it now ).
