Hello i have switched from Homey cloud to pro
And my wife is not showing up as a user anymore . And when I try to open the family and quest tab I get this error how can I fix this ![]()

This is a bug in the app, you need to contact Athom support about this.

I could reproduce on iOS on Mobile app 9.4.2.1796 and on Android same version after sending the invite before it is accepted. Also reported to Athom.
As workaround you can use the WebApp and copy the link again from Settings / Family and Guests. Then open the link in an incognito browser and Log is as your Wife to add het to the Pro.
You need to invite her also to the Homey Pro as both Homeys are complete separate systems managed under your Owner Account.
An Athom developer confirmed and the fix will be in the next update.
