The Netatmo temperature device in Homey receives updates significantly later than the official Netatmo application.
Example:

Netatmo official app reported 27.8°C.

Homey still showed 27.3°C for several minutes.

An Advanced Flow was configured to start a fan when the temperature reached 27.4°C.

The flow did not trigger until the Homey device finally updated its temperature.

As soon as the temperature in Homey changed, the flow executed immediately, which indicates the flow itself is working correctly.
This suggests that the delay is in the Netatmo integration update, not in the Flow engine.
The issue has been observed multiple times.
