Hello,
I have a netatmo valve configured with two flows.
When: It is 2:00 p.m.
Then: Set the Valve temperature to 25º
When 2:00 p.m. the valve is set at 25º but after a while it goes to 17º. I have reviewed all the flows that I have active and none interferes with the valve.
I have reviewed Netatmo’s own ENERGY application and I see that it has a program or setting with a temperature of 17º that starts on Monday at 00:00 and ends on Monday at 00:00, but that cannot be deleted because it is the program principal.
Why is the Netatmo show acting over Homey? Has anyone happened to this?
Thank you very much for the help.
I update:
It seems that the action of homey on the valves does it in “manual” mode. This manual mode can only be activated for a maximum of 12 hours.
I have only two heating programs;
1.- 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2.- 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (of the next day)
I have seen that at 10:00 a.m. the valve goes to set the temperature that it has in the Netatmo program and skips the one programmed by homey, which is just 12 hours after the last activation in manual mode that homey sends it.
Has this happened to you?
Is it a problem with the app or some wrong configuration on my part?
Thanks in advance.
Yes I have the same issue with the app fighting with Homey Flows. As far as I know it is not possible to connect Netatmo valves directly to Homey without the relay or app. Did you ever find a solution/workaround? Best
