My Homey Pro keeps disconnecting

I had it recently and mine is connected via ethernet. I have an eero and I’ve been having issues with various devices dropping. I removed a few ip reservations, including homey and tweaked a few settings and it stopped. The app was very unstable and laggy with frequent disconnects, it was becoming impossible to manage flows. After tweaking the router, everything went back to normal

I have a solid Google WiFi mesh system so I would not blame that. I will look into restarting.

Well, I put mine in the technical area (to have it closer to the ethernet switch) and with that I also had it closer to my AP. Turned out it wasn’t connected through ethernet after all. Now (after disconnecting and reconnecting power from the ethernet adapter which also cuts power to Homey) it is working.

Point is: I also have a very stable network, but either the new power adapter or putting the device closer to the AP already fixed the issue in my case.
