My Homey 2016-2019 not working

My Homey 2016-2019 is frozen. does not work. Ring is coloured blue and constant (not rotating). If I turn the unit upside down it does nothing! Is there something else I can do to reset it?

Did you replace the power brick (and USB cable) already?
(The original one can degrade over time).

Just turning it upside down won’t help I expect.
You’ll have to power up, and flip it after a minute to activate recovery mode.
Don’t wait for a voice, just use the “Add new Homey” from the app.

I’d recommend to report it to homey.app/support as well.

Thanks Peter, I have changed the power supply but could try changing the cable. The homey app can no longer see the homey device so I can’t confugure it…
